Lyndsay Wayman-Rook

Telephone: 03000 419956Lyndsay started with the partnership in February 2025 as the manager of NWKCP. Starting her career with our sister partnership Medway Valley, she has also worked on to the Heritage Fund Project, Old Chalk New Downs and the Kent Plan Tree Project at KCC. Lyndsay has a BSc (hons) in Animal Conservation and Biodiversity and is a Level 3 Forest School practitioner.

Mark was formerly the Conservation Officer with the Lea Rivers Trust, where he was involved in carrying out a range wide of conservation activities on the River Lea in East London. Mark has a BSc in Science in the Environment, a City and Guilds in Horticulture, and a Higher Level NVQ in Environmental Management .

She completed an apprenticeship as a Countryside Ranger with West Sussex County Council and a Level 2 diploma in Environmental Conservation.

Stephanie Johnson

Telephone: 07816128570Stephanie started with the partnership in late 2017 as an assistant partnership officer and at the beginning of October 2018 was promoted to Partnership officer. She has experience in habitat management and volunteer management from working at Grosvenor and Hilbert country park. Stephanie runs our education offer at Lesnes Abbey along with leading other projects such as Natural Ways to Wellbeing. Stephanie has a BSc in Zoology and in 2022 became a qualified Forest School Level 3 practitioner.

She has previously worked as the Environmental Education and Community Events Intern at Bore Place, and was a voluntary trainee for NWKCP and MVCP. She has a BSc in Natural Sciences and an MSc in Palaeobiology.

She has been organising and running events and outdoor education for Kent County Council at Trosley Country Park for the last 18 months, and previously ran the visitor services offer for Kent Wildlife Trust at Sevenoaks Wildlife Reserve.
She will be leading on some of our projects and Forest Schools and is “looking forward to meeting more people and enthusing them about the natural world”
Amanda has an FdSc in Countryside Management and is a qualified Level 3 Forest School practitioner.
